Materiálové a fyzikální parametry inovovaných vápenných omítek vhodných pro použití na rekonstrukce historických budov

Abstract

Obnova a rekonstrukce historických budov je spojena s problémem zvolit nejvhodnější materiál, který nejen svým vzhledem, ale především vlastnostmi, bude odpovídat materiálu původnímu. Cílem této práce je tedy navrhnout omítku na bázi vzdušného vápna s přídavkem pucolánově aktivního materiálu, která by měla splňovat náročné požadavky kladené na omítky s ohledem na historickou originalitu a autentičnost rekonstruované konstrukce či stavby. Navržené omítkové systémy byly testovány nejen z hlediska rozličných materiálových parametrů ale také fyzikálně-chemických procesů probíhajících ve směsi. Většina těchto experimentů byla provedena i na nejčastěji používaných materiálech nosných konstrukcí historických staveb. Stěžejním bodem celé této práce je dotvořit ucelený pohled na vápenné omítky modifikované přídavkem pucolánově aktivního materiálu. Naměřená data by měla přispět k řešení problému rekonstrukcí a oprav památkově chráněných objektů zapsaných v našem kulturním dědictví.

Renovation and reconstruction of historical building is connected with the choice of the most suitable materials, which are as close as possible to the original materials not even in their visual but first of all in their physical properties. The aim of this work is to propose an air based lime plaster with the addition of pozzolanic active material, which should meet the demanding requirements for renders with regard to the historical originality and authenticity of the reconstructed structures or buildings. The proposed plaster systems have been tested not only in terms of various material parameters but also of the physico-chemical processes occurring in the mixture. Most of these experiments were also done on the most frequently used materials supporting structures of historic buildings. The significance of all this work is to complete a view of the lime plaster modified by adding an active pozzolanic material. Measured data should contribute to solving the problem of reconstruction and repair of listed buildings registered in our cultural heritage.
