Abstract

This bachelors thesis focuses on the stability of CsPbBr3-based nanocomposite materials under atmospheric conditions and ionizing radiation. The theoretical part provides an overview the properties of CsPbBr3, and the polymer matrices commonly used for its stabilization, with emphasis on their stability and degradation mechanisms. The experimental section investigates the effects of moisture, light, and polar solvents on the photoluminescence of nanocomposites and colloidal CsPbBr3 solutions with various surface modifications. Furthermore, the radiation stability of the nanocomposites was evaluated after exposure to gamma rays, X-rays, and accelerated electrons. Following electron irradiation, the changes in material properties were analyzed using photoluminescence and radioluminescence spectroscopy, as well as XPS and EPR spectroscopy.
