Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá principem sušení tuhých látek, v další části je podrobná rešerše modelování kinetiky sušení, literatury týkajících se problematiky modelování kinetiky sušení a vyhodnocení experimentálních dat. Dále je zkonstruována laboratorní sušárna pro změření experimentálních dat, které jsou pak vyhodnoceny a na jejich základě následuje ilustrativní využití sušící křivky.
This thesis deals with the principle of drying of solids, the next section is a detailed search of drying kinetics modelling, literature related to modelling of drying kinetics and evaluation of experimental data. Further, a laboratory dryer is constructed to measure the experimental data, which is then evaluated followed by illustrative use of the drying curve.
