Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu nové administrativní dřevostavby v obci Planá u Českých Budějovic. Cílem je vytvořit konstrukční řešení, které splňuje požadavky pasivního energetického standardu. Důraz je kladen na funkčnost, technickou proveditelnost, kvalitu vnitřního prostředí a minimalizaci tepelných mostů. Součástí práce je návrh konstrukčního systému na bázi dřeva, základní statické posouzení, návrh skladeb jednotlivých konstrukcí, koncepce technického zařízení budovy a zpracování vybraných konstrukčních detailů a výkresů.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a new administrative timber building located in the municipality of Planá near České Budějovice. The aim is to develop a structural solution that meets the requirements of the passive house standard. Emphasis is placed on functionality, technical feasibility, indoor environmental quality, and the minimization of thermal bridges. The thesis includes the design of a timber-based structural system, basic structural analysis, design of construction layer scompositions, the concept of the buildings technical systems, and the development of selected construction details and drawings.
