Oddělení urgentního příjmu a popáleninové medicíny v rámci přestavby areálu Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh nového objektu v areálu Fakultnej nemocnice Královské Vinohrady v Prahe, ktorý zmení existujúcu štruktúru nemocničného areálu a rozšíri jeho kapacity. Objekt je koncipovaný ako súčasť dlhodobého rozvoja nemocnice, ktorej cieľom je modernizácia a zefektívnenie poskytovania zdravotnej starostlivosti modernej medicíny.

V kontexte areálu sa jedná o celkovú zmenu fungovania nemocničného urbanizmu s ambíciou zvýšiť kvalitu a zároveň vytvoriť kvalitné pracovné a liečebné prostredie v súlade s princípmi modernej architektúry a techniky.

Navrhovaný objekt je situovaný v centrálnej časti areálu, v mieste dnešného parkoviska, a jeho poloha vychádza z analýzy peších trás, väzieb na existujúce nemocničné pavilóny a možností technického napojenia. Budova je navrhnutá ako kompaktný blok s vnútorným átriom, ktoré zabezpečuje dostatok denného svetla pre čakárne a komunikačné priestory. Dispozičné riešenie reflektuje špecifické požiadavky nemocničného prostredia členenie na čisté a nečisté zóny, bezbariérovosť, hygienické štandardy, ako aj technické požiadavky na umiestnenie zdravotníckych technológií.The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a new building within the campus of the University Hospital Královské Vinohrady in Prague, which will transform the existing structure of the hospital complex and expand its capacity. The building is conceived as part of the long-term development of the hospital, aimed at modernizing and streamlining the delivery of healthcare in line with the standards of contemporary medicine. Within the context of the campus, this represents a comprehensive reorganization of the hospitals urban structure, with the ambition to enhance quality while also creating a high-standard working and healing environment in accordance with the principles of modern architecture and technology.

The proposed building is located in the central part of the campus, on the site of the current parking area. Its placement is based on an analysis of pedestrian routes, connections to existing hospital pavilions, and the possibilities for technical infrastructure access. The building is designed as a compact block with an internal atrium, which ensures sufficient natural light for waiting areas and communication spaces.

The layout reflects the specific demands of a hospital environment zoning into clean and unclean areas, barrier-free access, hygienic standards, as well as technical requirements for the placement of medical technologies.
