Integrace vykazovacího nástroje TimesUP do platformy HUB.FEL

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vykazování práce v rámci pracoviště FEL ČVUT, Centra znalostního managementu, a tvorbou nového uživatelského rozhraní pro vykazování stážistů, integrovaného do platformy HUB.FEL. V první části se práce zabývá popisem současného stavu používaného systému, včetně shrnutí historie vykazování v CZM, a případných již existujících alternativ k současnému řešení. V druhé části je následně mezi stážisty centra proveden uživatelský výzkum, jehož cílem bylo vhodně stanovit požadavky, které by nový systém pro vykazování měl splňovat. V poslední části je následně popsána implementační část této práce -- agenda v rámci platformy HUB.FEL, komunikující se dvěma mikroslužbami psanými v jazyce Kotlin a využívající framework Spring.This master's thesis examines the issue of work time-tracking within the CTU FEE's Center for Knowledge Management, and the creation of a new user interface for time-tracking interns' work, integrated into the HUB.FEL platform. The first part of the thesis describes the currently used system, including a summary of the history of time-tracking in CZM, and possible existing alternatives to the current solution. In the second part, a user research is then conducted among the interns of the center in order to appropriately determine the requirements that the new time-tracking system should meet. The last part then describes the implementation part of this work -- an agenda within the HUB.FEL platform, communicating with two microservices written in Kotlin and using the Spring framework.
