Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá ekonomické dopady modernizace distribučních sítí v
České republice. Nejprve mapuje hlavní důvody rozvoje distribučních sítí, decentralizace
výroby a růstu spotřeby vlivem změny chování spotřebitele. Na základě scénářů MAF
2023 analyzuje budoucí vývoj energetického mixu, investiční plány distributorů ČEZ
Distribuce, PREdistribuce a EG.D a popisuje regulační mechanismus ERÚ. Vlastní
model předpovídá, jak se navýšené investice promítnou do regulované složky ceny za
distribuci.
This bachelors thesis investigates the economic impacts of modernising electricity distribution networks in the Czech Republic. It first identifies the main drivers behind grid development, generation decentralisation and demand growth arising from changes in consumer behaviour. Using the MAF 2023 scenarios, it analyses the future energy-mix trajectory, the investment plans of the distributors ČEZ Distribuce, PREdistribuce and EG.D, and explains the regulatory framework of the Czech Energy Regulatory Office (ERÚ). A proprietary model then projects how higher investment outlays will feed through to the regulated component of the distribution tariff.
