Návrh fakultního rezervačního systému v rámci platformy HUB.FEL

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem nového fakultního rezervačního systému pro učebny Fakulty elektrotechnické v rámci platformy HUB.FEL. Stávající řešení bylo analyzováno na základě identifikovaných potřeb uživatelů a přístupných datových podkladů. Výsledkem práce je návrh architektury systému, model tříd pro backend a řešení způsobu integrace v rámci platformy HUB.FEL. Součástí práce byla také částečná implementace, konkrétně napojení na systém Dveřník pro sledování obsazenosti studoven v reálném čase, včetně řešení autentizace, získávání dat a automatizovaného odhlašování osob. Práce dále zahrnuje návrh uživatelského rozhraní, prototyp nové aplikace s ohledem na přístupnost a použitelnost a jeho následnou validaci uživatelským testováním. Navržené řešení klade důraz na rozšiřitelnost o další místnosti a snadnou integraci do stávajícího technologického prostředí fakulty.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis and design of a new faculty reservation system for classrooms at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering within the HUB.FEL platform. The existing solution was analyzed based on the identified user needs and available data sources. The outcome of the thesis is a system architecture proposal, a class model for the backend, and a solution for integration within the HUB.FEL platform. The work also includes a partial implementation, specifically the integration with the Dveřník system for real-time monitoring of study room occupancy, including authentication, data retrieval, and automated user check-out. Furthermore, the thesis includes a user interface design, a prototype of the new application with a focus on accessibility and usability, and its subsequent validation through user testing. The proposed solution emphasizes extensibility to additional rooms and seamless integration into the facultys existing technological environment.
