Životnost biologických vzorků ošetřených studenou plasmou

Abstract

Obsahem práce je teoretická rešerše popisující vlastnosti a způsoby využití studené plazmy. Zahrnuje i podrobný popis dopadu studené plazmy na konkrétní složky a vlastnosti potraviny. Dále popisuje návrh, realizaci a optimalizaci laboratorního aparátu. V experimentální části práce je optimalizovaný aparát využitý pro ošetření agaru studenou plazmou. Zkoumán je vliv intenzity ošetření na třech zástupcích mikroorganismů uměle naočkovaných na agarové vzorky. Systematický experiment je vyhodnocen pomocí obrazové analýzy a výsledky jsou graficky interpretovány pomocí programu MATLAB.The content of the thesis includes a theoretical review describing the properties and applications of cold plasma. It also provides a detailed description of the effects of cold plasma on specific components and properties of food. The design, implementation and optimization of the laboratory apparatus are presented. In the experimental part of the thesis, the optimized apparatus is used to conduct a systematic experiment for agar treatment by cold plasma. The effect of treatment intensity is examined on three types of microorganisms artificially inoculated onto agar samples. The systematic experiment is evaluated using image analysis, and the results are graphically interpreted using MATLAB.
