Abstract
Disertační práce je rozdělena do dvou tematických bloků propojených radionuklidem Ga-68. První část se věnuje přípravě a rozsáhlé charakterizaci oxidu ceričitého s ohledem na separaci Ge-68 a Ga-68 a přípravě a testování Ge-68/Ga-68 radionuklidového generátoru. Druhá část se věnuje přípravě konjugátů monoklonálních protilátek pertuzumab a trastuzumab, jejich značené v teranostickém konceptu, Ga-68 a Ac-225 a testování in vitro a in vivo.
This dissertation thesis is divided into two parts connected with Ga-68. The first part is focused on the preparation and thorough analysis of cerium dioxide with regards to separation of Ge-68 and Ga-68 and the preparation and testing of Ge-68/Ga-68 radionuclide generator. The second part is focused on the preparation of monoclonal antibodies pertuzumab and trastuzumab conjugates, their radiolabeling in theranostic concept with Ga-68 and Ac-225 and testing both in vitro and in vivo.
