Abstract
Bakalářská práce Porovnání postupů při výpravě vlaku v ČR a SR analyzuje historické a současné předpisy související s výpravou a odjezdem vlaku. Stran České republiky řeší i předpisy vybraných železničních dopravců z důvodu povahy předpisu provozovatele dráhy. Dále porovnává jednotlivé přístupy. Závěrem navrhuje řešení zvyšující bezpečnost a efektivitu železničního provozu.
The bachelor thesis "Comparison of train dispatch procedures in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic" analyses historical and current regulations related to train dispatching and departure. On the side of the Czech Republic, also deals with the rules of selected railway operators due to the nature of the railway manager's regulations. It compares the different approaches. Finally, it proposes solutions to improve the safety and efficiency of railway operations.
