Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá značením modelového peptidu izotopem terbia 161Tb. Teoretická část se věnuje obecně využití radioaktivních látek v medicíně, bioaktivním látkám, a nakonec i samotnému terbiu. Zahrnuto je i porovnání a s podobným nuklidy 177Lu, 90Y a přehled vybraných peptidů a jejich vlastností. V experimentální části jsou pak popsány způsoby značení DOTA a molekuly PSMA 617 při různých experimentálních podmínkách.
This paper deals with the labelling model peptide with the terbium isotope 161Tb. The theoretical part describes the general use of radioactive substances in medicine, bioactive substances, and finally terbium itself. A comparison with the similar nuclides 177Lu, 90Y and an overview of selected peptides and their properties are also included. The experimental section then describes the labelling of DOTA and the PSMA-617 molecule with different experimental conditions.
