Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá testováním vlastností žárově pozinkovaných vzorků. V teoretické části je vysvětlen proces předúpravy povrchu, způsoby aplikace nataveného zinku na substrát a parametry ovlivňující vlastnosti výsledných povlaků. V experimentální části byly porovnávány vlastnosti vzorků vyrobených v nízkoteplotním a vysokoteplotním pásmu. Konkrétně se hodnotila tloušťka a drsnost povlaků, jejich korozní odolnost a třecí vlastnosti.
The bachelor's thesis deals with testing the properties of hot-dip galvanized samples. In the theoretical part, the surface pretreatment process, the methods of applying molten zinc to the substrate and the parameters affecting the properties of the resulting coatings are explained. In the experimental part, the properties of the samples produced in the low-temperature and high-temperature zones were compared. In particular, the thickness and roughness of the coatings, their corrosion resistance and resistance to abrasion were evaluated.
