V rámci experimentální části této diplomové práce byly změřeny excitační funkce reakcí natMo(α,x)94,95,97,103Ru,96Nb a natTi(α,x)48,51Cr,48V,46,47,48Sc pro α částice v rozsahu energií 13,6 až 37,5 MeV. Pro experimentální ozařování bylo použito metody sendvičového terče. Experimentálně získané účinné průřezy byly porovnány s experimenty dalších autorů převzatých z databáze EXFOR a taktéž s teoretickou předpovědí TALYS z knihovny TENDL-2023. Průběh všech excitačních funkcí změřených v této práci dobře koresponduje s experimenty jiných autorů. Obecně vysoké účinné průřezy byly změřeny pro reakce vedoucí na izotopy ruthenia a nejvyššího účinného průřezu až 610 mb dosahuje monitorovací reakce natTi(α,x)51Cr. Excitační funkce reakce natMo(α,x)96Nb byla změřena vůbec poprvé. Na základě změřených excitačních funkcí byly vypočítány fyzikální výtěžky v tlustém terči, kdy nejvyšších výtěžků 120 a 60 MBq/μAh dosahují 94Ru, resp. 95Ru. The measurement of excitation functions has a wide range of applications from industrial applications to the preparation of radionuclides for nuclear medicine. In case of activation of natural molybdenum with α particles, two ruthenium isotopes are formed, which are advantagous for applications in nuclear medicine. It is 97Ru, which, in addition to a suitable half-life (2,83 d), also has a γ line (215,70 keV) ideal for SPECT imaging. Furthermore, the generator pair 103Ru/103mRh could be used in nuclear medicine, when 103mRh (T1/2 = 56,11 min) is currently one if the most attractive radionuclides for targeted Auger electron therapy. The reactions of α particles on natTi produce, among other radionuclides, 47Sc, which could be used for radionuclide therapy or form a theranostic pair with PET scandium isotopes 43Sc or 44Sc. As part of the experimental part of this Master’s thesis, the excitation functions of reactions natMo(α,x)94,95,97,103Ru,96Nb and natTi(α,x)48,51Cr,48V,46,47,48Sc were measured for α particles in the energy range of 13,6 to 37,5 MeV. The stacked foil technique was used for experimental irradiation. The obtained experimental cross-sections were compared with the experiments of other authors taken from the EXFOR database and also with the theoretical prediction of TALYS code from the TENDL 2023 library. High cross-sections were measured for reactions leading to ruthenium isotopes and the highest cross-section of up to 610 mb is achieved by the natTi(α,x)51Cr monitoring reaction. The excitation function of the natMo(α,x)96Nb reaction was measured for the first time. The physical yields in the thick target were calculated based on the measured excitation functions, where the highest yields of 120 and 60 MBq/μAh are achieved by 94Ru, respectively 95Ru.
