Abstract
Tato práce se zaměřuje na návrh a vývoj uživatelského rozhraní webové aplikace Národní linky pro odvykání. Výstupem je funkční uživatelské rozhraní aplikace, která umožňuje operátorům linky komunikovat s klienty přes živý chat. Při návštěvě webových stránek Národní linky pro odvykání bude klientovi umožněno spustit živý chat s odborníky pomocí chatového widgetu. Operátoři budou mít možnost komunikovat s klienty, sjednávat termíny dalších konzultací a sbírat data o klientech.
This thesis focuses on the design and development of the user interface for a web application serving the National quitline. The output is a working user interface of the application, which enables operators of the quitline to communicate with clients through live chat. When visiting the National quitline website, clients will have the option to initiate a live chat with professionals using an integrated widget. Operators will have the ability to communicate with clients, schedule future consultations and collect data about clients.
