Soustružení kalených ocelí

Abstract

První část této bakalářské práce se zabývá popisem procesu soustružení a jeho jednotlivých technologických částí. Dále řeší charakteristické znaky tvrdého soustružení. Zejména vlastnosti materiálů skupiny H a používaných řezných materiálů. V závěru jsou popsány způsoby upínání obrobků při soustružení a programování obráběcích strojů. V druhé části je řešen způsob výroby zadané součásti s cílem dosažení požadovaných přesností a kvality povrchu. Tato část se skládá z výrobního postupu, zdůvodnění volby použitých nástrojů a zhodnocení dosažených výsledků.First part of this bachelor thesis is focused on describing of turning process and its individual technological parts. It also describes characteristics of hard turning. Especially properties of group H materials and cutting materials. In the end ways of workpiece clamping and programming of cutting machines are described. In the second part there is a focus on finding an ideal technological method of manufacturing of specific part with a goal to achieve specified accuracies and quality of surface. This part consists of manufacturing method, explanation of chosen cutting tools and evaluation of reached results.
