Technologie a zařízení pro čištění upotřebeného kuchyňského oleje

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na technologie čištění a předúpravy upotřebeného kuchyňského oleje se záměrem jeho druhotného využití. Cíli práce jsou na základě rešerše vytvoření koncepčního návrhu automatizované linky na čištění upotřebeného kuchyňského oleje a následný výběr jednoho technologického kroku pro provedení experimentů. Dále uskutečnění těchto experimentů, jejich vyhodnocení a vyvození závěrů, které poslouží pro návrh scale-up vybraného zařízení. V práci jsou popsány vlastnosti upotřebeného kuchyňského oleje, možnosti jeho využití a technologie na jeho předúpravu. Je uveden teoretický základ pro výpočty potřebné k vyhodnocení experimentů. Tento základ je rovněž využit při návrhu scale-up zařízení.

This diploma thesis is focused on technologies of purification and pretreatment of used cooking oil with the intention of its secondary use. The aims of this thesis are, based on research, the creation of a conceptual design of an automated line for cleaning used cooking oil and the subsequent selection of one technological step for conducting experiments. Furthermore, carrying out these experiments, evaluating them and drawing conclusions that will serve for the scale-up design of the selected device. The work describes the properties of used cooking oil, the possibilities of its use and technology for its pretreatment. The theoretical basis for the calculations needed to evaluate the experiments is given. This basis is also used in the design of scale-up equipment.
