Technologie a zařízení pro zpracování gastroodpadů v bioplynových stanicích.

Abstract

Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku využití gastroodpadu jako vstupní suroviny v bioplynových stanicích. Vzhledem k již existujícímu zákazu zkrmování tohoto druhu odpadu zvířatům a připravovanému zákazu skládkování představuje zpracování v bioplynových stanicích efektivní způsob likvidace gastroodpadu a zároveň výroby biopaliv druhé generace. V práci jsou popsány teoretické, legislativní a technologické aspekty, na jejichž základě je navržena linka pro zpracování gastroodpadu v bioplynové stanici. Dále je provedeno ekonomické vyhodnocení tohoto návrhu, které ukazuje, že navrhované řešení může být rentabilní.This thesis focuses on the issue of the use of food waste as a feedstock in biogas plants. Due to the already existing ban on feeding this type of waste to animals and the upcoming ban on landfilling, processing in biogas plants represents an efficient way to dispose of food waste and at the same time to produce second-generation biofuels. The theoretical, legislative, and technological aspects are described in this thesis, based on which a line for the processing of food waste in a biogas plant is designed. Furthermore, an economic evaluation of this proposal is carried out, which shows that the proposed solution can be profitable.
