Návrh formy pro výrobu konzumovatelných obalů

Abstract

Práce se zabývá ekologickým řešením výroby kelímků, možnými materiály formy na kelímky, a teoretickým návrhem samotné formy pomocí výpočtů pro zvolené otrubové těsto. Provedli jsme měření vlastností těsta na texturometru a měření tlaku páry při pečení, z kterých jsme určili závěrnou sílu formy. Provedli jsme návrh formy a určili možná topná tělesa na vytápění formy.The thesis deals with ecological solutions for the production of edible cups, possible mould materials, and the theoretical design of the mould itself using calculations for the chosen bran dough. We performed measurements of dough properties on a texturemeter and steam pressure measurements during baking from which we determined the final closing strength of the mould. We performed the mould design and determined the possible heating elements for heating the mould.
