Technologie extrakce aromatických látek z bylin

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem modelového extraktoru pro získávání aromatických látek z bylin. První část je věnována teorii o extrakci, následně jsou uvedeny základní typy extraktorů včetně průzkumu trhu a výhod daných zařízení. Na základě výsledků z průzkumu trhu byly navrhnuty 3 různé varianty extraktoru sloužících k přímé extrakci aromatických látek z bylin lihovým rozpouštědlem. Prioritou při tvoření modelu bylo, aby cyklus zahrnoval nejen extrakci, ale i následnou separaci extraktu a vysušení pevného zbytku. Dále byl kladen důraz na snadnou manipulaci se surovinami, produktem a odpady, na celkovou velikost zařízení a náročnost výroby daného zařízení.This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a model extractor for the extraction of aromatic substances from herbs. The first part is devoted to the theory of extraction, then the basic types of extractors are listed, including a market survey and the advantages of the devices. Based on the results of the market study, 3 different variants of extractors used for the direct extraction of aromatic substances from herbs with an alcohol solvent have been proposed. The priority in creating the model was that the cycle should include not only the extraction but also the subsequent separation of the extract and drying of the solid residue. Furthermore, the ease of handling raw materials, products, and waste, the overall size of the machine, and the difficulty of manufacturing the machine were emphasized.
