POLYFUNKČNÍ DŮM - LIBEREC

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh aparthotelu, který navazuje na architektonicko-urbanistickou studii z předdiplomního projektu. Aparthotel je navržen na konkrétní místo, dle zadání vedoucího diplomové práce. Zadaná lokalita se nachází v Liberci v části Horní Hanychov. Tato oblast je známá především skiareálem Ještěd a samotným výhledem na něj. Hmota objektu je navrhnuta tak, aby respektovala přirozené tvary terénu a začlenila se do okolní krajiny. K dosažení tohoto cíle přispívá nejen tvar, který z velké části kopíruje vrstevnici terénu, ale také výškové uspořádání v podobě ustupujících teras z obou stran budovy. V podlažích, která jsou přístupná z navrhovaného parteru se nacházejí restaurace, wellness, posilovna a komerční prostory převážně s náplní podporující sezónní lyžování. V objektu je také navrhnut výrazný průchod, který spojuje bytovou zástavbu s různými funkcemi, které se v území nachází. Jednotlivé členění fasády pomocí seříznutých ustupujících „boxů“The subject of the diploma thesis is a design of an aparthotel, which is a following of the architectural-urban study from the pre-diploma project. The aparthotel is designed for a particular location, which was specified by the supervisor of the thesis. The specified place is located in the Horní Hanychov district, Liberec. This area is known primarily for the Ještěd ski area and the view of it. The mass of the building is designed with a respect to the natural shapes of the terrain and to be integrated into the surrounding landscape. Not only the shape, which basically copies the contour line of the terrain, but also the height arrangement in the form of receding terraces on both sides of the building contributes to achieving this goal. On the floors that are accessible from the designed ground floor, there is a restaurant, wellness, a gym and commercial spaces, mainly with an equipment supporting seasonal skiing. A distinctive passageway is also designed in the building, which connects the housing development with various functions located in the area. The individual division of the facade designed with recending "boxes" helps to have a better view of both Ještěd and the surrounding nature.
