Možnosti práce z domova ve velkých společnostech a jejich dopady na dopravu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku práce z domova a detailně rozebírá její dopad na dopravu. Protože se práce z domova kvůli pandemii Covidu-19 stala pro velké množství společností hojně diskutovaným tématem, jsou v této práci analyzovány momentální postoje společností k problematice práce z domova na trhu práce. Dále na konkrétních datech od vybrané velké společnosti ukazuje skutečné chování zaměstnanců a poskytuje vstupní podmínky pro diskusi nad změnami v dopravě.This thesis focuses on the topic of working from home and discusses in detail its impact on transportation. Mainly due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the question of working from home has been widely discussed by many companies, and so this thesis analyses the current attitudes of selected companies that they display in their job offer descriptions. It also uses specific data obtained from one large, selected company to demonstrate actual employee behavior, and it provides a starting point for a discussion of changes in transportation.
