Tato diplomová práce se zabývá získáním a ověřením náhradních parametrů Peltierova článku a pomocí vytvořeného reálného modelu simuluje jejich možné energetické využití. První část práce pojednává o fyzikálních zákonech uplatňujících se u termoelektrických jevů a o způsobu využití těchto jevů v Peltierově článku. Druhá část práce obsahuje kompletní odvození náhradního modelu Peltierova článku a realizaci praktického měření k získaní potřebných náhradních parametrů. Na základě výsledných simulací odpovídajících reálnému chování Peltierova článku je v závěru práce popsáno možné energetické využití těchto článků ve funkci tepelného čerpadla, pro výrobu elektřiny a regulaci teploty. This diploma thesis deals with obtaining and verifying the surrogate parameters of the Peltier cell and simulates their possible energy use with the help of a real-designed model. The first part of the thesis deals with the physical laws applicable to the thermoelectric phenomena and the way how to use these phenomena in a Peltier cell. The second part of the thesis includes complete derivation of a surrogate model of the Peltier cell and the summary of a practital measurement which were necessary to obtain the surrogate parameters. On the basis of the final simulations corresponding to the real behaviour of the Peltier cell, possible use of these cells in power engineering as a heat pump, a device for generation of electricity, and temperature control are discussed in the conclusion of the thesis.
