Posouzení a návrh sanací Základní školy Kácov

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je posouzení a návrh sanací základní školy Kácov. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné informace ohledně možných zdrojů vlhkosti a stavebně škodlivých solí, včetně jejich důsledků. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány popisu nejčastějších příčin zvýšené vlhkosti v budovách, stavebně technickému průzkumu stavby a popisu základních sanačních metod vlhkosti. Závěrem teoretické části je vyhodnocení nejefektivnější metody posuzovaného objektu z hlediska vícekriteriálního hodnocení. V praktické části je zpracován kompletní návrh sanace vlhkosti základní školy Kácov, který byl navržen s ohledem na výsledek efektivnosti sanačních metod z teoretické části.The topic of this diploma thesis is the assessment and proposal for the rehabilitation of the Kácov elementary school. The theoretical part describes general information regarding possible sources of moisture and structurally harmful salts, including their consequences. Other chapters are devoted to the description of the most common causes of increased humidity in buildings, to the structural and technical survey of the building, and to the description of the basic moisture remediation methods. The conclusion of the theoretical part is the evaluation of the most effective method of the assessed object from the point of view of multi-criteria evaluation. In the practical part, a complete proposal for remediation of the humidity of the elementary school Kácov is elaborated, which was designed with regard to the result of the effectiveness of the remediation methods from the theoretical part.
