Návrh rekonstrukce kulturního domu Peklo v Plzni

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování stavebně technického průzkumu Kulturního domu Peklo v Plzni, a to včetně vyhotovení zjednodušené dokumentace stávajícího stavu s popisem poruch a analýzou jejich příčin. Dále je zpracován rámcový návrh sanačních opatření v řešených částech objektu a také je provedeno statické posouzení krovu nad prostory velkého sálu. Textová část je doplněna o laboratorní analýzu vlhkosti a chemismu zdiva. Dále je také prověřeno mykologické napadení krovu nad velkým sálem na základě výsledků místních šetření a vzorků odebraných in situ.The main goal of this diploma thesis is the development of a simplified structural and technical survey of the Peklo Cultural House, including the development of simplified documentation of the current state with a description of faults and an analysis of their causes. Furthermore, a framework proposal for remedial measures in the addressed parts of the building is prepared, and a static assessment of the roof above the premises of the large hall is also prepared. The text part is supplemented by a laboratory analysis of moisture and masonry chemistry. Furthermore, the mycological infestation of the truss above the great hall is also examined based on the results of local investigations and samples taken on the place.
