Vliv smykové kompozitní výztuže na únosnost betonových sendvičových panelů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá smykovým propojením betonových vrstev u sendvičových panelů na bázi betonu a vlivem tohoto propojení na výsledné vlastnosti panelů. Cílem bylo najít takový způsob smykového propojení, který by panelu zajistil dostatečnou únosnost a zároveň by při něm nedocházelo ke vzniku významných tepelných mostů. Obsahem této práce je podrobný popis návrhu, výroby a testování celkem tří panelů u nichž bylo smykové propojení řešeno pomocí kombinace žeber z tuhých tepelně-izolačních materiálů a kompozitní uhlíkové výztuže. U každého z panelů byl použit jiný tepelně-izolační materiál. Součástí práce je vzájemné srovnání všech tří zkoumaných variant z hlediska únosnosti, velikosti tepelných mostů a ceny.The diploma thesis deal with the shear connection of concrete layers in concrete-based sandwich panels and the effect of this connection on the resulting properties of the panels. The goal was to find a shear connection method that would ensure sufficient load-bearing capacity and at the same time would not cause significant thermal bridges. The content of this work is a detailed description of the design, creation and testing of a total of three panels, where the shear connection was solved by using a combination of ribs made of rigid heat-insulating materials and composite carbon reinforcement. A different heat-insulating material was used for each of the panels. The part of the work is also a mutual comparison of all three investigated variants in terms of load capacity, size of thermal bridges and price.
