Porovnávanie zahŕňa centrálny vzduchotechnický systém s decentrálnym a veľkoplošný stropný vykurovací a chladiaci systém s mokrou a so suchou montážou. Projekt, zameraný na riešenie typického podlažia a súvislostí spojených s výškovými budovami zahŕňa rozšírenú technickú správu, výkresovú dokumentáciu a prílohy. V rámci práce je spracovaný 3D model centrálneho vzduchotechnického systému, kde je riešená koordinácia vzduchotechnického potrubia v technickom podlaží. The subject of this thesis is to provide an overview of specific solutions for ventilation, heating and cooling systems in high-rise buildings. The thesis consists of two main parts, i.e. technical solution of heating, cooling and ventilation systems for a particular typical floor, and a study on high-rise buildings, including analysis of selected variants of system solutions for improving indoor environmental quality. The first half of the theoretical part is devoted to descriptions of the HVAC systems' characteristic elements and typical technical solutions. The second half of the thesis describes specific solutions of the systems in selected high-rise buildings in three European metropolises. In the last chapter variants of ventilation, heating and cooling systems for the office part of the high-rise building are designed and compared based on the acquired knowledge. The comparison consists of central and decentral ventilations system and radiant cooling ceiling system by wet and dry installation. The project, focusing on the solution of a typical floor and the contexts associated with high-rise buildings, includes an extended technical report, drawing documentation and attachments. Moreover the thesis includes a 3D model of the central ventilation system, addressing the coordination of the ventilation ductwork in the technical floor.
