Možnosti výstavby veřejného bytového fondu

Abstract

Práce si dává za cíl popsat bytovou politiku České republiky, její vývoj a současnou situaci. Poté je uvedena rešerše bytových politik a zejména jejich úspěšných programů v Hong Kongu, Singapuru a Nizozemsku, které se pokouší aplikovat do českého prostředí. Aplikace probíhá na projekt rozvoje území v Hradci králové, jehož vývoj a současná situace je pro lepší pochopení potenciálních výsledků zahraničních programů také uveden. Výsledek nově navrženého programu výstavby bytů na komunální úrovni se ukazuje jako ziskový a udržitelný. Je ale konstatováno, že politická odvaha pro takové změny je málo pravděpodobná vzhledem k nastavení české společnosti.The thesis aims to describe the housing policy of the Czech Republic, its development and current situation. Then there is a review of housing policies and especially their successful programs in Hong Kong, Singapore and the Netherlands, which are trying to be applied to the Czech environment. The aplication is for the territory development project in Hradec Králové, the development and current situation of which is also presented for a better understanding of the potential results of foreign programs. The result of the newly designed housing development program at the municipal level is proving to be profitable and sustainable. It is stated, however, that the political courage for such changes is unlikely due to the setting of Czech society.
