Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stavbou a kalibrací matematického modelu simulujícího srážko-odtokové procesy v zájmové lokalitě Choteč a jeho následnou aplikací pro návrh opatření proti záplavám způsobeným extrémními srážkovými událostmi. V teoretické části jsou popsány možné metody monitoringu a modelování. Praktická část se věnuje stavbě modelu, jeho kalibraci na základě dat získaných od očitých svědků a jeho aplikaci pro návrh opatření proti záplavám. Na závěr je vyhodnocena analýza efektivity navržených opatření.
This diploma thesis deals with building and calibrating a mathematical model simulating rainfall-runoff processes at location of interest Choteč and its application for designing measures against flooding caused by extreme precipitation events. In the theoretical part, methods of monitoring and modelling are described. Practical part concerns with construction of the model, its calibration based on data obtained by eyewitness testimony and its application for the design of flood prevention measures. The results of the efficiency analysis of the proposed measures are evaluated at the end.
