Abstract
Paralelně byly zkoumány rovněž významné izobarické interferenty 41K a 59Co.
Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis provides a basic research overview of difficult-to-measure radionuclides. An overview is given about the selected representatives of this group, their nuclear-physical properties, and the methods of their determination. Experimental part of the thesis describes the preparation procedure of fluoride compounds of calcium(II) and nickel(II) for the potential determination of 41Ca and 59Ni using AMS. For these compounds, the crystal structure and the efficiency of the conversion of calcium and nickel to the solid phase were determined. The suitability of prepared fluoride matrices for the production of negatively charged ions in the caesium ion source was verified in a mixture with PbF2 using the lowenergy part of the Tandetron 4130 MC system beamline. Behaviour of important isobaric interferents 41K and 59Co was also investigated in parallel.
