Návrh linky na výrobu konzumovatelných obalů

Abstract

V teoretické části práce se zabývám deskripcí materiálů jak samotných konzumovatelných obalů, tak forem k jejich vytvoření. Dále je v teoretické části zpracována patentová rešerše, kde je uvedeno několik vybraných patentů forem pro výrobu konzumovatelných obalů. Cílem praktické části bylo provést základní návrh potencionální linky na výrobu konzumovatelných obalů. Byly provedeny experimenty, kde z množství pečených vzorků byla stanovena ideální teplota pečení a ideální čas pečení, pro stanovení energetické bilance linky a pro určení množství těsta na jeden kelímek. Na konci je zpracována jednoduchá ekonomická rozvaha pro stanovení ceny kelímku.In the theoretical part of the work I describe the materials for edible packaging itself and the molds for their creation. Furthermore in the theoretical part there is also patent research, which lists several patents of molds for the production of consumable packaging. The aim of the practical part was to make a basic design of a potential production line for the production of consumable packaging. From the couple of experimentally baked samples, the ideal baking temperature and the ideal baking time were determined, to do the energy balance of the line and to determine the amount of dough per cup. At the end, a simple economic balance sheet were prepared to determine the price of the crucible.
