Polyfunkční dům - Liberec

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout polyfunkční dům v Liberci v části Kunratice. Návrh vychází z předdiplomního projektu, který se zabýval architektonicko-urbanistickou studií území. Ústředním motivem návrhu stavby jsou výhledy do okolí, konkrétně na Ještěd a Jizerské hory. V severní části je rušná silnice a přes silnici je plánována výstavba. Na všechny tyto aspekty návrh reaguje. Polyfunkční budova se skládá ze tří šestipodlažních obytných věží, které jsou spojeny pomocí soklu s komercí. Sokl působí jako bariéra pro hluk od silnice. Sokl je prosklený aby působil odlehčeným dojmem a na něm jsou zahrady pro bytové jednotky. Rozdělení na věže nám umožňuje průhled územím. Celá stavba se zároveň postupně natáčí směrem na Ještěd. Věž na náměstí je osmipodlažní a stává se dominantou. Celá stavba je podsklepena s garážemi, kójemi a technickými místnostmi pro každou věž. Stavba se dále odkazuje na industriální historii Liberce. Konstrukční systém je betonový skelet, který se propisuje do fasády. Tento prvek se stává dominantním. Každý byt má lodžii, která je zapuštěna do rastru.The objective of this Masters´s thesis was to design a multifunctional house in Liberec in the Kunratice part. The design is based on a pre-Master’s that dealt with the architectural-urban study of the area. The central motif of the design of the building is the views of the surroundings, specifically the Ještěd and Jizera Mountains. There is a busy road in the northern part and construction is planned across the road. The design responds to all these aspects. The multifunctional building consists of three six-storey residential towers, which are connected by a plinth to commerce. The plinth acts as a barrier to road noise. The plinth is glazed to give a impression of floating and on which there are gardens for residential units. The separation into a tower allows us to see the area. At the same time, the whole building gradually turns towards Ještěd. The tower on the square has eight floors and becomes the dominant feature. The whole building has a basement with a garage, cubicles and utility rooms for each tower. The building also refers to the industrial history of Liberec. The construction system is a concrete skeleton that penetrates the facade. This element becomes dominant. Each apartment has a loggia, which is embedded in the grid.
