Abstract
Předmětem zadání bylo navrhnout kvalitní zástavbu rodinnými domy rozvojové lokality Veleslavín, Praha. Řešené území se nachází ve správním obvodu Prahy 6. Konkrétně v katastrálním území Veleslavín a z menší části zasahuje do k.ú. Vokovice. V současné době řešené území protíná železniční trať (Kladno - Dejvice), která bude v horizontu 10 let umístěna pod zem a umožní tak využití stávajícího koridoru formou cyklostezky, která se tak stane atraktivním lákadlem a spojnicí s Dejvicemi.
The subject of the assignment was to design a quality development of family houses in the Veleslavín development site, Prague. The area in question is located in the administrative district of Prague 6. Vokovice. At present, the area is crossed by a railway line (Kladno - Dejvice), which will be placed underground in the horizon of 10 years and will enable the use of the existing corridor in the form of a cycle path, which will become an attractive attraction and a link with Dejvice.
