Zpracování přirozeného jazyka v klinické doméně

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce prozkoumává možnosti nejnovějších technologií v oblasti zpracování přirozeného jazyka a jejich použití v doméně tabakismu a odvykání kouření. Práce popisuje zpracování přirozeného jazyka v dané doméně a to zejména v kontextu technologie chatbot. Shrnuje historii, slabé a silné stránky této technologie, existující aplikace založené na této technologii a také její použití a efektivitu v oblasti tabakismu a odvykání kouření. Jedním z výstupů práce je základní demo verze chatbota pro českou Národní linku pro odvykání, který bude v budoucnu k dispozici klientům linky na jejích webových stránkách. Chatbot byl vyvíjen pod odborným dohledem zaměstnanců Národní linky pro odvykání, dle jejich požadavků a na základě jejich zpětné vazby.This bachelor thesis explores the possibilities of the latest technologies in natural language processing and their application in the domain of tobacco use and smoking cessation. The thesis describes natural language processing in the field and, in particular, in the context of chatbot technology. It summarizes the history, weaknesses and strengths of this technology, existing applications based on this technology, as well as its use and effectiveness in the domain of tobacco smoking cessation. One of the outputs of the work is a basic demo version of the chatbot for the Czech National Quitline, which will be available to clients of the National Quitline on its website in the future. The chatbot was developed under the expert supervision of the National Quitline team, according to their requirements and based on their feedback.
