Vzdělávání první pomoci dobrovolných hasičů v Praze

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání první pomoci u jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů na území hlavního města Prahy. Aktuálnost tématu vychází ze stupňujících se požadavků na odbornou způsobilost jednotek. Teoretická část je věnována integrovanému záchrannému systému, podmínkám odborné způsobilosti, legislativě, která podmínky vzdělávání a odborné způsobilosti upravuje. V práci je popsán blíže i kurz základních zdravotnických znalostí, který je pro členy jednotek určen. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická. Praktická část je vyhotovena pomocí nestandardizovaného anonymního dotazníků, který byl distribuován mezi členy jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů v Praze a je doplněn hloubkovými rozhovory s lektory, které první pomoc u jednotek školí. Získaná data jsou zpracována ve formě tabulek a grafů. V diskusi je provedena komparace s výsledky jiných autorů, a to i mezi různými složkami integrovaného záchranného systému. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a cíle práce a doporučeny možné změny v této problematice.

The bachelor thesis focuses on first aid education for the volunteer fire department units on the territory of the Capital City of Prague. A topicality of the topic is based on escalating requirements for the professional competence of the units. The theoretical part is devoted to the integrated rescue system, the conditions of professional competence, legislation that regulates the conditions of education and professional competence. There is also described in more detail the basic healthcare course, which is designed for members of units. The practical part follows the theoretical part. The practical part is made using a non-standardized anonymous questionnaire, which was distributed among members of the volunteer fire departments units in Prague and is supplemented with in-depth interviews with lecturers who train members in first aid. The obtained data are processed in form of tables and graphs. In the discussion, the is a comparison with the results of other authors, even among different units of the integrated rescue system. In conclusion, the results and aims of the work are summarized., and possible changes in the issue are recommended.
