Polyfunkční centrum Veleslavín

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce, v návaznosti na předdiplomní projekt, bylo vytvořit návrh - studii polyfunkčního domu v brownfieldu staré teplárny na Veleslavíně v Praze 6. Tento diplomový projekt je komplexní návrh objektu polyfunkčního domu z hlediska nalezení správného kontextu s historicky cennou a kvalitní okolní zástavbou a její urbanistickou strukturou. V této práci je obsažena studie budovy, která je rozšířena o základní půdorys a řez zpracovaný v detailu dokumentace pro stavební povolení (DSP). Dále obsahuje řešení střechy a teras, komplexní architektonický návrh obvodového pláště, řešení interiéru bytu a koncept parteru při bulváru. V městské struktuře je dům situován při budoucím bulváru mezi Veleslavínem a Střešovicemi a nově vzniklém náměstí po plánované revitalizaci areálu stávající/bývalé teplárny (mezi ulicemi V Předním Veleslavíně a U Zámečku). Polyfunkční dům se skládá ze tří částí. Podzemního parkování, menších obchodů v podloubí v návaznosti na vzniklé náměstí a devatenácti bytových jednotek přístupných z otevřené pavlače.This thesis follows up a pre-thesis project. The main issue is a study of a multifunctional house in a brownfield of an old heating plant in the district of Veleslavín, Prague 6. The diploma project is a complex project of a multifunctional house which tries to find the context with historically valuable surrounding housing development and its city-planning structure. The project includes the study of the building, the ground plan, the cross-section all in detail for a building permit. Furthermore it includes the layout of the roof and the terraces, complex architectural design of the building envelope, the design of the interior of the flat and the concept of the parterre at the boulevard. The house is situated next to the planned boulevard between the districts of Veleslavín and Střešovice. It is on a newly created square which will emerge after the rehabilitation of the area of former heating plant (between streets V Předním Veleslavíně and U Zámečku). The multifunctional house consists of three parts. There is an underground parking area, small shops in the arcades copying the new square and 19 apartments that can be reached from the courtyard gallery.
