Mapování procesu Label Booking a jeho redesign v hangáru Czech Airlines Technics, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce analyzuje proces Label Booking v letecké společnosti, a navrhuje jeho redesign. Pozornost je kladena na mapu procesu Label Booking, jeho následné doporučení na redesign a návrh na zlepšení procesu. Diplomová práce má dvě části. První část, teoretická, především propojuje odborné pojmy sloužící ke zvládnutí dané problematiky. Teoretická část je zaměřená na pojem proces a k němu příslušné oblasti jako je řízení procesů, analýza procesů, reengineering, redesign, prvky LEAN. Druhá, praktická část, se zaměřuje na výzkum práce. Analyzován je proces Label Booking, který je nezbytný pro správný chod firmy. Jsou identifikovány možnosti na zlepšení a výsledkem je mapa o redesignu procesu, který je podložen konkrétními poznatky a výpočty.

This thesis analyses the process of Label Booking in an aircraft company and suggests its redesign. Emphasis is placed mainly on the map of the Label Booking process, the suggestion of its redesign and possible improvement of the process. The thesis consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part, gives an explanation of the terminology regarding the theme of the thesis, mainly defining the term process and issues relating to it, such as process management, process analysis, reingeneering, redesign and the concept of LEAN. The second, practical part, consists of research. It describes the process of Label Booking, which is vital for optimal performance of a company. The process is analysed and suggestions for its improvement are given. The final outcome of the thesis is a map of the process after process redesign, backed by specific findings and calculations.
