Zámek Liteň - nové centrum obce

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá adaptací a zapojením soukromého zámeckého areálu do fungování obce Liteň. Návrh minimalizuje rozšiřování obce do krajiny - suburbanizaci. Nabízí alternativu využití vnitřní periferie. Začleňuje areál do fungování obce jako celku. Nabízí soukromé bydlení, služby a lehkou výrobu. Omezuje zábor stávající orné půdy pro novou výstavbu a využívá skrytý potenciál vnitřní periferie nepřístupného zámeckého areálu. Zohledňuje naplnění potřeb pracovních pozic v segmentu služeb a lehké výroby. Návrh pracuje s adekvátními venkovskými prostředky - jednoduchými čitelnými a známými formami vycházející z tradičních venkovských staveb. Nesnaží se do rostlé stuktury vnášet novotvar. Učí se pozorováním a přizpůsobením. Koexistuje. Neparazituje. Uvnitř domy žijí současnými funkčními principy a standardy 21. století. Použitím těchto pokorných prostředků vzniká živá, identifikovatelná a fungující obec, která se učí z historie a obohacuje ji o současný společenský pokrok. Stavební náplní jsou novostavby - rodinné domy - venkovské usedlosti, pekárna, konzum, kulturní stodola, umělecké ateliéry s galerií a adaptace - výrobní CNC hala, spolkový dům, minipivovar s restaurací, obecní knihovna Výsledkem je pokorná architektura - nové fungující centrum obce s jasnou historickou kontinuitou a smysluplným udržitelným rozvojem.

This dissertation thesis deals with adaptation and integration of a privately owned castle estate into the life of the town of Liteň. The project minimizes physical expansion of the town into the countryside - suburbanization. It offers an alternative use of the inner suburb, incorporates the estate into the town's existence as a whole. It offers private housing, services and light manufacturing. It limits the confiscation of existing arable land for new development and makes use of the publicly inaccessible castle estate's hidden potential. It considers job opportunity creation in the fields of services and light manufacturing. The aim is humble architecture - a new, town centre with a clear historical continuity and purposeful sustainable development. The project works with suitable means - simple, transparent and familiar forms based on traditional rural buildings. It does not try to introduce novelty elements into existing architecture. It learns by observation and adaptation. It does not exploit - it coexists. On the inside, the houses make use of functional principles and standards of the 21st century. Using these humble means, a village is born. Village that has identity and is function, that learns from history, while enriching it with current social values. The construction plan includes: new buildings - family houses - rural homesteads, a bakery, convenience store, a barn - community cultural centre, artists' studios with a gallery, and adaptations a CNC manufacturing hall, community house, mini-brewery with a restaurant, public library.
