Návrh spodní stavby rezidence Vrchlického 1175

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je návrh spodní stavby rezidence Vrchlického 1175 na základě inženýrskogeologického průzkumu. Objekt přiléhá k pozemním komunikacím a stávajícím stavebním objektům, dále disponuje dvěmi podzemními podlažími. Návrh spodní stavby tak bude zahrnovat zajištění stavební jámy vhodnými geotechnickými konstrukcemi v návaznosti na okolní podmínky (hloubka základové spáry sousedních objektů, přítomnost podzemní vody). Dalším hlavním cílem této práce je založení objektu opět na základě inženýrskogeologického průzkumu. Důraz bude kladen zejména na vyřešení interakce podloží se spodní stavbou, jelikož rekonstrukce základových konstrukcí mohou být v určitých podmínkách velice nákladné až nerealizovatelné.The subject of this work is the design of the substructure of the Vrchlického 1175 residence on the basis of an engineering geological survey. The building is adjacent to roads and existing buildings, it also has two underground floors. The design of the substructure will include securing the construction pit with suitable geotechnical structures in relation to the surrounding conditions (depth of the foundation joint of neighboring buildings, the presence of groundwater). Another main goal of this work is to foundation the building again on the basis of engineering geological research. Emphasis will be placed especially on solving the interaction of the subsoil with the substructure, as the reconstruction of foundation structures can be very expensive and unworkable under certain conditions.
