Digitalizace kontroly šroubových spojů

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce nejprve seznamuje s problematikou šroubových spojů obecně, poté popisuje jejich řádnou kontrolu na poli automobilového průmyslu ve Škoda Auto. Dále je pozornost věnována nástrojům, které jsou potřebné pro digitalizaci, porozumění funkci kvality, strategii společnosti a obecnému přístupu k digitalizaci. Stěžejním obsahem je pak popis dosavadního stavu samotné kontroly šroubových spojů a navazuje představení digitalizovaného procesu. Závěrem je pak provedeno vyhodnocení celého projektu digitalizace s přínosy i nedostatky, a také návrhy na další možné vylepšení.This diploma thesis at first acquaints with the issue of screw connections in general, then describes their proper control at automotive industry in Škoda Auto. Furthermore, attention is directed to the tools that are needed for digitization, understanding the quality function, company strategy and approach to digitization in general. The main content is a description of the current state of the inspection of screw joints and follows the introduction of the digitized process. Finally, an evaluation of the entire digitization project with shortcomings is made, as well as suggestions for further possible improvements.
