Abstract
Cílem této práce je navrhnout, pomocí technologie PolyJet vyrobit a porovnat
mechanické vlastnosti struktur typu Gyroid, Schwarz Primitive a prostorově středěné
krychlové mřížky. Celkem bylo vyrobeno 54 vzorků, které byly zatěžovány tlakem při
rychlostech 445 mm/s a 0,0445 mm/s. Mechanické testy byly zaznamenány kamerami.
Z naměřených dat bylo vyhodnoceno několik parametrů: zatěžovací křivka, silová odezva,
deformační energie, poškození vzorku a poměr vyhodnocených parametrů při různých
rychlostech zatěžování.
The aim of this thesis is to design, manufacture using PolyJet technology, and compare the mechanical properties of structures of the Gyroid, Schwarz Primitive, and bodycentered cubic lattice types. In total, 54 samples were produced, which were subjected to compression testing at speeds of 445 mm/s and 0.0445 mm/s. The mechanical tests were recorded by cameras. Several parameters were evaluated from the obtained data: load curve, force response, deformation energy, sample damage, and the ratio of evaluated values at different loading speeds.
