Postavení žen v českém záchranářství

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením žen v českém záchranářství. Zabývá se problematikou postavení žen ve zdravotnictví se zaměřením na zdravotnickou záchrannou službu. Teoretická část pojednává obecně o profesi zdravotnického záchranáře, jeho uplatnění s náležitými zákony a vyhláškami. Dále práce pojednává o současné situaci žen u zdravotnické záchranné služby, problematice genderu, diskriminaci a právní ochraně proti ní. Praktická část se skládá z řízených rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření se záchranáři a záchranářkami z České republiky. Je zde poskytnut prostor pro vyjádření názorů ze stran záchranářů a záchranářek na ženy ve výjezdových skupinách. Tyto názory a zkušenosti jsou následně porovnány mezi sebou. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se od sebe liší názory žen a mužů v rámci záchranné služby a navrhnout variantu možného řešení, která by pomohla předcházet této problematice.This bachelor thesis deals with the position of women in the Czech rescue service. It focuses on the issue of women's position in healthcare, with a particular focus on emergency medical services. The theoretical part provides a general overview of the profession of a paramedic, including its application with relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, the thesis discusses the current situation of women in emergency rescue services, gender issues, discrimination, and legal protection against it. The practical part consists of structured interviews and a questionnaire survey with male and female paramedics from the Czech Republic. The study provides a space for the expression of opinions from male and female paramedics on the presence of women in field teams. These opinions and experiences are subsequently compared with each other. The aim of the thesis is to identify the differences in opinions between men and women within the rescue services and propose a possible solution to help prevent this issue.
