Reimplementace databáze konferencí a publikací I

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní reimplementací stávající webové apli- kace PubConf, určené ke správě odborných publikací a konferencí na Fakultě informačních technologií ČVUT. Hlavním cílem bylo přepsat původní PHP/- Nette řešení do moderního fullstack prostředí postaveného na Next.js a Type- Scriptu, s využitím ORM Prisma a komponentové knihovny Mantine. Součástí práce bylo navržení a implementace modulárního systému autentizace a au- torizace uživatelů pomocí Microsoft EntraID (OpenID Connect) a knihovny Next-auth, dále vytvoření DevOps procesu s GitLab CI/CD a Docker kontej- nerizací pro automatizované buildování, testování a nasazení aplikace. Kvalita a použitelnost řešení byla ověřena uživatelským testováním, jehož výsledky vedly k doladění UI a odstranění identifikovaných nedostatků.This thesis addresses the comprehensive reimplementation of the existing Pub- Conf web application, which is used to manage scholarly publications and con- ferences at the Faculty of Information Technology, Czech Technical University in Prague. The primary goal was to rewrite the original PHP/Nette solution into a modern full-stack environment built on Next.js and TypeScript, leve- raging the Prisma ORM and the Mantine component library. The work also involved designing and implementing a modular user authentication and au- thorization system using Microsoft EntraID (OpenID Connect) and the Next- auth library, as well as establishing a DevOps pipeline with GitLab CI/CD and Docker containerization for automated building, testing, and deployment. The solutions quality and usability were validated through user testing, whose results led to UI refinements and the resolution of identified issues.
