Bytový dům s obchodním parterem, Kbely II

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh bytového domu s obchodním parterem v Praze. Navržený stavební záměr je součástí architektonicko-urbanistické studie, která vznikla v rámci předdiplomního projektu. Předmětem zadání bylo vytvoření urbanistického návrhu obytného souboru v městské části Praha 19 – Kbely jako plnohodnotné obytné městské čtvrti s hierarchizovanými veřejnými prostranstvími (náměstí, městská třída, obytná ulice). Návrh by měl vytvořit vhodnou a pro místo charakteristickou městskou blokovou strukturu vycházející z měřítka a charakteru místa stavby (vnitrobloky se soukromými předzahrádkami, poloveřejná prostranství pro všechny věkové skupiny obyvatelstva – dětská hřiště, sportovní plácky, hřiště pro seniory – petangue). Tato dokumentace řeší hlavně návrh bytového domu s obchodním parterem který se nachází severně od nově navržené radnici na náměstí. Navržený objekt tak půdorysně kopíruje písmeno U, které ze severní strany uzavíra obdelníková budova a vytváří tak poloveřejné prostranství pro všechny věkové skupiny. Projekt obsahuje návrh ve formě studie, vybrané části projektu jsou v úrovni stavebního povolení.The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of an apartment building with a commercial ground floor in Prague. The proposed building plan is part of an architectural-urban study that was created as part of a pre-diploma project. The subject of the assignment was the creation of an urban design of a residential complex in the Prague 19 – Kbely district as a full-fledged residential urban district with hierarchical public spaces (square, city street, residential street). The proposal should create a suitable and site-specific urban block structure based on the scale and character of the construction site (courtyards with private front gardens, semi-public spaces for all age groups of the population - playgrounds, sports courts, playgrounds for seniors - petangue). This documentation mainly deals with the design of an apartment building with a commercial ground floor located north of the newly designed town hall on the square. The proposed building thus copies the letter U in plan, which is closed on the north side by a rectangular building, thus creating a semi-public space for all age groups. The project includes a proposal in the form of a study, selected parts of the project are at the level of a building permit.
