Vliv zařízení komerční elektroniky na činnost kardiostimulátorů

Abstract

Tento text je určen pro skupinu lékařů a odborníků pracující s pacienty, kteří mají implantován kardiostimulátor. Cílem této práce bylo odpovědět na otázku, zda-li může iPod ovlivnit funkci kardiostimulátoru. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními druhy iPodů, kardiostimulátorů a indikací trvalé kardiostimulace.V praktické části byla provedena měření na dvou typech kardiostimulátorů s běžným typem iPodu s pevným diskem. Pro názornost jsou přiložena schémata, fotografie a grafy. Výsledky provedených měření neprokázaly jakýkoli vliv iPodu na činnost kardiostimulátoru.This text is intended for a group of doctors and specialists working with patients with implanted pacemaker. The goal was to answer the question whether an iPod may have any affect on the function of the pacemaker. The theoretical part is an introduction to the iPod and pacemaker types and indication for artificial cardiostimulation. The second part of the text contains test results on two types of pacemakers with a regular iPod type with a hard drive. Diagrams, photographs and graphs are added for more clarity. The results of the performed test show no effect of iPod on the pacemaker function.
