Firemní vzdělávání ve vybraném podniku

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním a rozvojem pracovníků v daném podniku. Teoretická část zahrnuje hlavní pojmy týkající se vzdělávání a rozvoje, metody vzdělávání. Praktická část analyzuje skutečný stav firmy pomocí dotazníku. Je použito bodovací hodnotící metody, která srovnává dodavatele a bod zvratu, který soudí, zda je investice výhodná.

The bachelor thesis deals with the education and development of the employees in the given enterprise. The theoretical part includes the main concepts of education and development, methods of education. The practical part analyzes the actual state of the company using a questionnaire. A scoring benchmarking method is used that compares the vendor and the turning point that judges whether the investment is beneficial.
