Sociální aspekty udržitelné výstavby

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na architektonické, konstrukční a materiálové řešení rostoucího domu v kontextu udržitelné a sociální výstavby. Základem je jednotka o čtyřech rozvojových fázích, kterou je možné rozšířit svépomocí o dodatečné obyvatelné prostory. Samotná první fáze výstavby, kterou je možné prefabrikovat, obsahuje v základu prvky střechy, podlahy a technického zázemí pro zbylé varianty. Konstrukce nejvíce náchylné na chybné provedení jsou tak představěny a mohou sloužit jako terasa, dodatečné stínění, lešení či jiné kreativní využití. Pro úsporu tepla na vytápění a jako první impuls ke komunitnímu způsobu života jsou jednotky navrženy tak, aby se daly stavět jedna vedle druhé. Spojením těchto prvků s dřevěnou konstrukcí a založením na ocelových vrutech dostaneme rychle vystavitelné bydlení, které roste se svými obyvateli.

The master's thesis is focused on the architectural, structural and material solution of an evolving house in context of sustainable development and social housing. The basic housing unit can be expanded easily by the inhabitant into larger living space by four development phases. The very first phase of construction, which is designed to be prefabricated, contains the basic structural elements of whole roof structure, floor structure and building services for the additional evolvement phases. Structures, that are the most vulnerable to faulty design are thus pre-built and can serve as terrace, additional shading, scaffolding or other creative utilization. Additionally, these units can be build next to each other to save heating energy. This is also a first step to support community lifestyle. By combining these features with timber structure and ground screw foundations, we get rapidly constructable house, that evolves and grows with its inhabitants.
