Projekt reimplementace podnikového ERP systému

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce v první části popisuje metodiky pro řízení implementačních projektů ERP systémů. Práce popisuje metodiky významných globálních výrobců ERP systémů, kterými jsou Accelerated SAP společnosti SAP, Oracle Unified Method od společnosti Oracle a Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step. U jednotlivých metodik je provedeno porovnání jejich vhodnosti pro projekt implementace ERP systému. Druhá část je zaměřena na vytvoření projektové dokumentace ve formátu Cílového konceptu informačního systému v rámci projektu implementace ERP řešení Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 ve vybrané společnosti.This Master thesis is about creation of the project documentation in the form of the Target Concept of the company system. In the first part of the thesis, there are methods for the change management and project management of the implementation described. This part specifies the most used methodologies created by the global leaders in the ERP system market - Accelerated SAP from SAP, Oracle Unified Method from Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step from Microsoft. The methodologies are compared and there is the right methodology selected which fit the project in the second part. The second part contains a project documentation for ERP implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 in the selected company.
