Abstract
Práce se zabývá problematikou souřadnicových měřicích strojů. Popisuje typy konstrukcí jednotlivých souřadnicových strojů, stručně jejich přednosti a nedostatky. Dále pojednává o principech snímání, a to jak pro dotykové měření, tak i pro měření bezdotykové. Ukazuje, jakým způsobem se naměřená data zpracovávají a co by měl obsahovat výstupní protokol kontroly. Poslední část je věnována kalibraci souřadnicových měřicích strojů, aby mohla být zaručena přesnost měření a hodnověrnost výsledků.
This thesis is dealing with the matter of coordinate measuring machines. It describes types of constructions of each individual coordinate machines, it briefly mentions their advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore it deals with principals of reading for touch measuring and non-touch measuring. It shows in what way are measured data processed and what should be included in output control report. The last part is dedicated to calibration of coordinate measuring machines, for the purpose of guaranteed accuracy of measuring and credibility of the results.
