Teroristické útoky v letectví a jejich vliv na psychiku cestujících

Abstract

Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou a popisem terorismu jako takového, včetně právní definice a především pak teroristickými útoky v civilním letectví. Navazuje výčet několika událostí, které jsou významné z pohledu působení na psychiku cestujících v době, kdy nejsou teroristické útoky nijak ojedinělé. V teoretické části je popsán dopad na psychiku cestujících a to jak před, tak i po traumatizující události. Dále jsou zde uvedeny typy možných poruch psychiky z takové události vyplývající. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku zkoumá dopad atmosféry zostřených bezpečnostních opatření na letištích na samotné cestující. V praktické části bude dále provedena komparace dosažených výsledků s výsledky autorů, kteří se podobnou tématikou také zabývají.Abstract This thesis focuses on the description of terrorism including its legal definition and the issue of terrorism in general. Special attention is paid to terrorist attacks in civil aviation including a shortlist of several events that are important because they influence the mental state of people in our era when terrorist attacks are not uncommon. The theoretical part describes how passengers' mental state is influenced by terrorist attacks both before and after such traumatic situation. It also mentions various types of possible psychological disorders occurring as a consequence of such experience. Using a non-standardized questionnaire, the practical part studies the impact of the atmosphere of heavy security precautions on passengers at airports. The practical part also compares the author's results with results of other authors working with this topic.
